How are AI interactions counted? One AI interaction = one Claude completion. A typical booking conversation uses 1–3, an AI Scribe SOAP note uses 1, and a review analysis uses 1. We never count internal system calls or background jobs against your allowance.

Where is my patient data stored? Azure Canada Central — Quebec and Toronto regions — with full data residency. Your patient records never leave Canadian soil. Backups stay within Canada too. PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws are honored end-to-end.
