How long do Alberta physicians have to submit an AHCIP claim?

90 days from the date of service (or hospital discharge), per AHCIP Bulletin Gen 123 in force since 31 March 2020 — a refusal on day eighty leaves ten days, not ninety — and Qlynic ages every open claim from day one, shows the age in days on the claim itself, and escalates it before the shoulder.

Is there a per-claim fee or a percentage of my AHCIP billings?

No, to both — Qlynic is $89 per doctor per month and nothing else: no percentage of an assessment, no charge per claim, no charge to correct and resubmit a rejection however many times it takes, and no separate billing service to hire.

How does the AI Scribe work, and where does the audio go?

With consent attested by the clinician on screen, microphone audio streams from the browser straight to Azure AI Speech in Canada Central and is converted to text — Qlynic's servers never touch it and no audio is kept — and what comes back is one SOAP draft the provider reviews and signs, plus (for Alberta) billing codes resolved against Alberta's own tables; $99 per provider per month with 600 minutes included, and only voiced audio is streamed and billed.

Can I cancel Qlynic, and do I get a refund?

Cancel any time from inside the app — no phone call, no retention conversation; access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, you are not billed again, fees already paid are not prorated back, and your data is exportable for 60 days after the subscription ends.

How do I contact Qlynic support?

Open a ticket on the Support page (categories: general, technical, billing, scheduling, account access, security, other; priorities: normal, high — blocking work, urgent — clinic is down) or email support@qlynic.com; every ticket is logged with a reference code and a confirmation is emailed, security tickets reach the on-call engineer, the Calgary desk answers weekdays 08:00–18:00 Mountain Time with a first-reply target under six business hours, and the limit is five tickets per IP address per day.

How do I sign up and create a clinic account?

Sign-up is four steps on the Register page — account, clinic details, a 6-digit email verification code, welcome — with no card required; the clinic then goes live by completing setup and a subscription.

Where is my clinic's data stored?

The system of record — health information, charts, claims and backups — is hosted in Microsoft Azure's Canadian regions (Canada Central, Microsoft's Toronto region); specific, purpose-limited processing crosses the border — SMS and email delivery, AI processing in the United States, payment processing with Stripe, live telehealth media, encrypted traffic through security and delivery networks — and Arxeon will not otherwise store health information outside Canada without the clinic's written authorization.

Is there a free trial?

There is no free trial period; creating the account is free and needs no card, the clinic activates with a subscription you can cancel at any time, and a walkthrough on a simulated clinic — then on your own numbers — is the way to try it first.

How much does Qlynic cost?

One plan, priced per active doctor — $89 per doctor per month, or $69 per doctor per month billed annually — with no base fee, no setup fee, no contract and no per-claim charge, quoted in Canadian dollars with applicable taxes handled at checkout.

Does Qlynic cost less in lower-income countries?

Yes. Four bands from the World Bank income classification — high income at list, upper-middle 25% off, lower-middle 45% off, low income 60% off — applied automatically at checkout from the clinic's registered country, with included credits scaled by the same fraction and add-ons priced the same everywhere.

Can I move to Qlynic from PS Suite, Med Access, Oscar, Accuro or another EMR?

Yes — patient demographics, appointment history, allergies, medications and problem lists come across from an export of your current system, Qlynic does the mapping, both systems run side by side until you pick the cutover day, and the Switching EMR page walks through the retention rule, the export questions and the cutover order; a full clinical-record migration needs an explicit written plan, and steps, timing, formats and any fees are confirmed in writing.

How do video visits work in Qlynic?

A video visit is just a visit — same booking, same chart, same billing; the patient taps a link from the email or SMS, agrees to a confidential video visit and joins in the browser with no app, the clinic admits them from the same queue it uses for in-person, and 400 minutes a month per doctor are included in every plan.

What is included in Qlynic Standard?

Qlynic Standard puts six modules on one core — Clinic Manager (scheduling, EMR, invoicing), AHCIP H-Link billing, AI Advisor, two-way SMS, telehealth and the patient portal — with no tiers and no feature gates; only four optional add-ons sit outside it.

What features are coming soon or not available yet?
