Arxeon Inc. and the people behind Qlynic

Qlynic is built by Arxeon Inc., an Alberta corporation (corporate access number 2028072771, incorporated 22 April 2026, head office Calgary on Treaty 7 land), founded by Farhad Norouzi, who wrote the product himself after fourteen years of enterprise software; the first lines were written in September 2025, the whole platform was built as one codebase before a clinic signed, Alberta Health accredited Arxeon as an H-Link submitter in Q2 2026, and the company record stops at today on purpose.

The record

  • Sep 2025 — the first sketch, on one laptop in Calgary, after a coffee with a family doctor tired of fighting their EMR.
  • Mar 2026 — the whole platform built as one codebase: records, scheduling, telehealth, AHCIP billing, patient communications and the portal.
  • 22 Apr 2026 — Arxeon Inc. incorporated in Alberta. Corporate access number 2028072771, status active, head office Calgary. Search it on the Alberta Corporate Registry.
  • Q2 2026 — accredited H-Link submitter, granted by Alberta Health after a months-long process.
  • In progress — Alberta Netcare (CII/CPAR) conformance: intake filed 13 August 2026, queued 19 August 2026, not finished and marked that way on purpose.

The record stops at today; the roadmap is not printed among the facts.

The person

Farhad Norouzi, founder. Fourteen years of enterprise software before this — four at Samsung, six building platforms at Westford — none of it healthcare, which mattered less than sitting in a clinic and watching where the day goes. He wrote every screen, the booking engine and the claims pipeline, and he is the person who answers the phone. Qlynic is a small company, and the site says so plainly: every promise is built so that being wrong about it costs a clinic very little — no contract, no setup fee, data out whenever you want it.

How you will know if we stop meaning it

Five empty boxes, in public: something included today starts costing extra; Qlynic takes a percentage of AHCIP billing; records stop being exportable in a readable format; a contract appears you cannot leave inside a month; Arxeon is sold to somebody who does any of those. None has happened.
