The status page runs live checks when you open it: the Qlynic website and its database, checked at most once a minute. It is open to everyone. If something is wrong for your clinic, open an urgent ticket on the Support page.

Live checks of the Qlynic website and its database, run when the page loads, at most once a minute. Anyone can open it.

If something is wrong

Open a ticket on the Support page and choose "Urgent — clinic is down" if your clinic can't work. I can prepare it for you.

Open a ticket on the support page, or email support@qlynic.com. Each ticket gets a reference code by email and is answered by email. The desk works weekdays, 8 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time, and aims to reply within six business hours.
