Analytics and reports

The chain, not one big number — gross, processor fees, the doctor share, wages and bills, what is left — plus what each doctor is owed (stamped per payment when it settled), who didn't come and what those slots were worth, the shape of the week and which services carry the clinic; taking a report out of the building is written down, and revenue, payouts and patterns sit behind three separate permissions.

What you actually made

Patients paid, minus the card company, is what arrived; minus your doctors' share is what the clinic keeps; minus wages and bills is yours. Money files under the day of the visit, a claim counts only once Alberta Health assesses it, and a 31-day month is never compared with a 28-day one.

What you owe

Every payment split itself the moment it settled — the doctor's part and yours, at the percentage in force that day — so the payout figure is ready on the first without anyone adding it up, and raising a rate in March does not change February.

Who didn't come

No-shows and cancellations counted the same way every month, per doctor and per day, with the value of the slots nobody came to. A patient's no-show score weighs six months of behaviour, discounts the distant past, and does not condemn anyone for one bad Tuesday; a cancellation with more than a day's notice counts against nobody.

The shape of the week

The busiest day and hour, the service you see most and the service that brings in the most — which are rarely the same.

Taking it out of the building

A revenue report prints one page, landscape, the same way every month — and the export is written to the audit log with who took it, what it covered and how big the file was. Three separate permissions cover revenue, payouts and patterns, so seeing which Tuesday is busiest does not by itself mean seeing what everybody earns.

There is no wait-time metric in the product, and no benchmarking against other clinics.
