Payments from patients
The question: How do patients pay, and how are payments recorded?
A secure pay link goes out by text with the booking confirmation, and the text assistant can send one too; an expired link is replaced. Each payment lands with its card fee and what the clinic received. Refunds can be full or partial, and invoices are PDFs that bill the payer and name everyone seen on a family visit.
