The advisor, analytics, the audit log, security, the API and payroll.

  1. Live The AI Advisor What is the AI Advisor and what can it do? Ask in plain language and the advisor answers from twenty-one named read-only queries of your own clinic's records — it picks the two or three a question needs, every one is a read (it cannot book, cancel, send or change anything), the question, user, tools and duration are logged, emails and phone numbers are stripped before the model sees a result, Stop aborts the call with nothing saved, and it is included in every plan.
  2. Live Analytics and reports What reports and analytics does Qlynic have? The chain, not one big number — gross, processor fees, the doctor share, wages and bills, what is left — plus what each doctor is owed (stamped per payment when it settled), who didn't come and what those slots were worth, the shape of the week and which services carry the clinic; taking a report out of the building is written down, and revenue, payouts and patterns sit behind three separate permissions.
  3. Optional add-on The REST API and webhooks Does Qlynic have an API, and are webhooks available? Yes — the API & Webhooks add-on ($99/month flat per clinic) gives eight live, documented endpoints for appointments and reviews (plus a doctors list), authenticated with one X-Api-Key header on owner-issued keys with two scope switches and a log of every call; webhooks, the OpenAPI spec, more resources, bulk export and published rate limits are planned with no dates.
  4. Live The audit log What does the audit log record, and what does it not? Every save, every export, every refused attempt and every AI call writes a row through one writer — encounter.saved, prescription.changed, claims.exported, scribe.note_generated, auth.scope_denied, audit.exported are real event names — with a UTC timestamp, a machine code and a sentence, the actor and their role, the IP and user agent; reading a chart passes a permission gate but is not itself recorded, the log is an ordinary table (not tamper-evident), nothing purges it, and only your clinic's rows are ever in the query.
  5. Live Multiple locations Can I run more than one clinic location? Your first three branches ship on the board with unified scheduling across sites, per-branch hours and an HQ, and the branch on every invoice line; a doctor's weekly rule is per branch and a service can be overridden for one branch; locations beyond the third are the Multi-branch add-on at $20 per branch per month, and cross-branch reports and per-branch revenue splits are marked Soon.
  6. Live Roles, permissions and sign-in security How does Qlynic handle roles, permissions and login security? Five roles resolved in code, not menus — and the one thing no role grants: issuing a prescription or signing an encounter needs a linked provider profile, checked before the owner bypass; every page and every back-channel call runs the same permission check and logs a refusal; five wrong passwords lock an account for five minutes and fifteen failures from one address in ten minutes block that address for fifteen; a disabled member is refused on their next request. Two-factor sign-in is not available yet.
  7. Live Doctor payouts, staff and payroll How do doctor payouts and payroll runs work? Qlynic is the ledger, not the bank: each doctor's share is stamped per payment when it settles, a refund after a payout is recovered exactly (never a proportion, never more than was paid, and the clinic — never the doctor — absorbs Stripe's unreturned fee), a payroll run goes draft → finalized → paid and never back, and it will not pay anybody, calculate tax, run weekly, treat a staff record as a login, carry a debt forward on its own, or un-record a payout.
  8. Not built yet What is not built yet What features are coming soon or not available yet? Anything marked Soon in the product menu is not built yet and says so on the board — lab results onto the chart, private insurance direct billing, waitlist & fill, recalls, webhooks, PrescribeIT pharmacy connection, imaging & PACS, inbound fax, AI voice reception, OHIP, MSP, a system status page, the blog and the changelog — plus two-factor sign-in, and no dates are published for any of them.
