Company
- Qlynic is built by Arxeon Inc., an Alberta corporation (registry 2028072771, incorporated 22 April 2026), Calgary, Mountain Time. Founder: Farhad Norouzi.
- Data hosted in Microsoft Azure, Canada Central (Microsoft's Toronto region). SOC 2 in preparation; no certification held yet.
- Arxeon is an accredited Alberta Health H-Link submitter and the clinic's information manager under HIA s.66.
Price
- $89 per active doctor per month, or $69 per doctor per month billed annually ($828/yr). CAD, taxes added at checkout where applicable.
- No base fee, no setup fee, no contract, no per-claim fee, no percentage of assessments. Cancel any time; access to the end of the paid period; no proration back.
- Included per doctor per month: 3M AI units, 800 SMS, 3,000 emails, 150 OCR pages, 400 telehealth minutes; pooled; refresh on the 1st; no rollover. Staff logins 2 + 2 per doctor; unlimited patients; first 3 branches included.
- Add-ons (flat everywhere): Pharmacy Ecosystem $399/mo (everything on it Soon); Multi-branch $20/branch/mo beyond 3; API & Webhooks $99/mo (8 live endpoints, webhooks Soon); AI Scribe $99/provider/mo, 600 min included, $0.10/min over.
- Regional bands from the clinic's registered country at checkout: A high income list; B upper-middle −25% ($66.75 / $51.75); C lower-middle −45% ($48.95 / $37.95); D low income −60% ($35.60 / $27.60). Credits scale by the same fraction. Unmapped countries pay list; six countries cannot be served. Hardship voucher: support@qlynic.com, subject "pricing help for our clinic" — one per clinic, replaces the band.
Getting started
- Register (four steps, verified email, no card) → setup (practice profile, optional AHCIP verification confirmed within 1 business day, seats & Stripe checkout) → live. No free trial period. Walkthrough via the Support page.
Alberta billing
- Claims from the signed encounter → H-Link → assessment back on the chart in plain English. 90-day limit from the date of service (Gen 123, since 31 March 2020); a refusal does not reset it. Good faith 9C, newborn 9D, reciprocal 9A (Quebec excluded). Outage: claims queue and auto-send.
- CII/CPAR/Netcare: intake filed 13 Aug 2026, queued 19 Aug 2026, not conformed; PCPCM clinics should wait. OHIP and MSP: Soon, no date.

- Lab results onto the chart, private insurance direct billing, waitlist & fill, recalls, webhooks, PrescribeIT/pharmacy connection, imaging & PACS, fax, AI voice reception, OHIP, MSP, status page, blog, changelog, two-factor sign-in, cross-branch reports, OpenAPI spec, bulk export.
