Qlynic

• Clinic software that runs the whole clinic on one patient record, in four parts: Front desk, Clinical, Patients, Business. Made by Arxeon Inc. in Calgary, Alberta. Records and backups are stored in Canada, encrypted.

Price

• $89 CAD per doctor a month, or $69 a month billed yearly ($828 a year per doctor, 22% less). No setup fee, no base fee, no fee per claim. Plus GST/HST where required. 1 to 30 doctors at checkout; more than 30, talk to us.
• Cancel any time from the plan page in Qlynic; access runs to the end of the paid period; fees already paid aren't refunded or prorated. Plan changes apply at once and are prorated on the next invoice; switching between monthly and yearly starts a new billing date.
• Many countries pay less: the clinic's registered country sets its price at checkout, and each seat's monthly allowances scale with it. Add-ons cost the same everywhere. Qlynic can't be bought in some countries.

Each doctor's seat

• Monthly, per doctor, pooled for the whole clinic: 800 texts, 3,000 emails, 150 scanned pages, 400 video-visit minutes and 3M AI credits. They fill again on the 1st in the clinic's time zone; what is left doesn't carry over.
• Alerts at 80, 95 and 100% (changeable) to the people you choose; a hard cap switches off a feature that runs away until the next refill (5x its allowance unless changed); use past an allowance is billed the next month.
• Staff logins: 2 per doctor plus 2 for the clinic. The owner's login is free. 3 branches included. Patients are not counted.

Add-ons

• AI Scribe: $99 a month per provider ($79.17 billed yearly), 600 minutes per provider pooled; consent recorded every time; no audio kept.
• More branches: $20 a month per branch over 3 ($15 billed yearly).
• API access: $99 a month for the clinic ($79 billed yearly).
• Pharmacy Ecosystem: shown on the pricing page as Soon ($399 a month); it can't be added at checkout.

Getting started

• Sign up (clinic name, email and password; where you practise; a 6-digit email code), no card needed. Then setup: how you practise, an optional Alberta claims step, then seats and a secure payment, and the clinic is live. No free trial; a walkthrough is the way to see it first. We bring your patient list in for you.

Claims in Alberta

• Built from the visit's codes when it is marked ready to bill, checked before they leave (anything wrong is stopped), sent with one click; results come back by themselves; the advisor explains a refusal and drafts the fix for you to confirm. No fee per claim. The province alone decides what is paid. Outside Alberta, claims and claim codes aren't available.

Trust

• Five roles (owner, admin, doctor, front desk, billing). Front desk and billing never open a visit's notes; only the visit's own doctor writes them. Changes, exports and refusals are kept with who and when. Two-step sign-in for anyone who turns it on. 60 days to export after a subscription ends.
