Who owns the data
The question: Who owns our clinic's data in Qlynic?
Your clinic owns its data. Qlynic uses it only to run, secure, support and improve the service and to meet the law's requirements, and may use statistics that identify no one. The Privacy Policy commits that personal and health information is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models, and your data can be exported in common machine-readable formats.
Yours
As between the clinic and Arxeon, the clinic owns its data, including health information. Arxeon holds only a licence to host and process it to provide, secure, support and improve the service, and to meet the law's requirements.
Never
The Privacy Policy commits that it is never sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Taking it with you
While you subscribe, through Qlynic's exports; for 60 days after a subscription ends, on request, in common machine-readable formats.
Your side
The clinic is responsible for the data it puts in and for its own records-retention duties as custodian.
