Who owns the data

Your data stays yours — as between the parties the clinic owns Customer Data and Arxeon claims no ownership of it; Arxeon holds only a licence to host, process, transmit and display it to provide, secure, support and improve the service, may use statistical or de-identified information that identifies no one, never sells personal or health information, never uses it for advertising or to train AI models, and makes it exportable in machine-readable formats on request.

The rule

As between the parties, the clinic owns Customer Data — everything submitted to the platform by or for the clinic, including health information. Arxeon claims no ownership of it.

Arxeon's licence

A non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, support and improve the services, to comply with law, and as the Subscriber Agreement and Privacy Policy permit. Arxeon may create statistical or de-identified data that identifies no individual or clinic, for service operation, capacity planning and improvement.

What never happens

No sale of personal or health information; no use for third-party advertising; no use to train AI models — Arxeon's or anyone else's. Health information is handled only as the clinic's information manager under HIA section 66.

Portability

Data is exportable on request in commonly used, machine-readable formats, for 60 days after a subscription ends and through the export features while you subscribe. The About page lists records ceasing to be exportable as one of the five things that would mean the mission is over.

Your side

The clinic is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it submits and for its own records-retention obligations as custodian.
