The Terms, in short
The question: What are the key points of the Terms of Service?
Opening an account requires being 18 or over, and a clinic account is run by or under a licensed health professional or organization. Qlynic is software that doesn't practise medicine and isn't for emergencies; clinicians review and stay responsible for clinical content. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, liability is capped at what the clinic paid in the previous 12 months, Alberta law applies, and material changes come with 30 days' notice.
Who can open an account
People 18 and over. A clinic account is run by, or under the authority of, a licensed health professional or organization.
Clinical responsibility
Qlynic doesn't practise medicine. AI features produce drafts a clinician reviews, and the platform, the portal and messaging are not for emergencies.
Money
Per doctor, monthly or yearly, plus optional add-ons, before tax. Renews until cancelled; cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. Fee changes come with 30 days' notice.
Fair use
No unlawful use, no security testing without written consent, no getting around limits or sign-in, no scraping outside the API, no reverse engineering, and no using it to build a competing product.
Liability and law
Each side's liability is capped at what the clinic paid in the 12 months before the first event. Alberta law applies, with the courts in Calgary.
Changes
Material changes are announced at least 30 days ahead.
