When a claim is refused
The question: What happens when a claim is refused?
Results come back by themselves. For a refused claim, the advisor reads the refusal, the claim and what was sent, says what to change and where, and drafts the supporting note for you to confirm. It never changes the claim itself and never invents a number, and every attempt stays with the claim. Resubmitting costs nothing extra.
What the advisor reads
The refusal, the claim, the patient's card, the doctor's record, the appointment, earlier attempts and what was actually sent.
What it gives you
- What is wrong and where to fix it.
- A draft of the supporting note, for you to confirm.
What it never does
Change the claim itself, or invent a number. You decide and resend.
Cost
No fee per claim, so correcting and resending costs nothing extra.
