Ontario, British Columbia and private insurance
Not yet — Ontario (OHIP) and British Columbia (MSP) are marked Soon in the product navigation, with Ontario named as the next province up and BC after it, and direct billing of private insurance carriers is also Soon; only AHCIP for Alberta is live today, and no dates are committed.

Today
AHCIP billing over H-Link is live for verified Alberta clinics. That is the only provincial billing in the product.
Marked Soon
- Ontario — OHIP: "next province up" in the product menu.
- British Columbia — MSP: "after Ontario".
- Private insurance — direct-billing the big carriers.
The Alberta clinics page describes OHIP and MSP as staged on the same direct architecture. No launch date is committed, and the About page deliberately keeps the roadmap out of the company record: anything marked Soon is not built yet, and it says so on the board rather than in a footnote.
Using Qlynic in another province today
A clinic anywhere in Canada can register and use everything except provincial claims: charting, prescribing, booking, reminders, telehealth, payments on your own Stripe account, intake forms, reviews, the patient portal and the AI features. Services can be marked insurance-coverable so no card charge is created at booking, but the claim itself is not submitted electronically outside Alberta.
