The AI Scribe
The question: How does the AI Scribe work, and is the audio kept?
The AI Scribe listens to the visit and drafts the note for the provider to review; nothing is saved until they accept it. Consent is recorded every time it listens, a patient who opted out is never recorded, and no audio is kept: it never reaches Qlynic's servers. It's an add-on at $99 a month for each provider, with 600 minutes each in one pool.
Consent first
Consent is confirmed on screen before it listens, and who confirmed it and when is kept. A patient can decline at any visit, and a patient with a do-not-record preference is never recorded.
The draft
A note drafted from what was said and the chart, for the provider to review. Anything unclear is marked to verify. Nothing reaches the chart until the provider saves it.
Privacy
The audio never reaches Qlynic's servers and no audio is kept. The transcript isn't stored either.
Smart listening
Only the time someone speaks counts toward the minutes.
Price
$99 a month for each provider ($79.17 billed yearly), with 600 minutes a month for each provider in one pool. Minutes past the pool are billed the next month. The same price in every country.
