Drawer 04, Clinical Card 4 of 8

The brief and the suggestions

The question: What does the AI suggest during a visit?

Before the visit, a brief from the reason for visit and the last three visits: the likely condition, the first and second choices, what to avoid and why. During it, three to six options ready to prescribe, each with its reason and a score, in medicines common in your country. The clinician takes or leaves each one, and the suggestions leave out medicines your clinic has turned down.

The brief

From the reason for visit and the last three visits: the likely condition, the first and second choices, what to avoid and why, and warning signs.

Suggestions with a score

Three to six options ready to prescribe, each with a dose, how often and how long, its reason, and a score for how sure it is. The medicines are the ones common in your country.

The clinic remembers

Suggestions leave out medicines your clinic has turned down.

Also

  • A review of the whole medicine list: interactions, the same drug class twice, doses, and renewals coming due.
  • The patient's whole story in one summary: how each condition went, what was tried and what worked.
  • A care plan letter, drafted from the visit and checked by you, that goes to the patient's portal under your name.

Nothing goes in by itself

Every suggestion is the clinician's to take or leave. See How Qlynic uses AI.
