Multi-doctor clinics
Yes — every doctor runs their own practice inside the clinic (hours, appointment lengths, gaps, services and prices) while the front desk works one calendar; four doctors can all have a 10:00 patient, a clash is only ever one doctor booked twice and Qlynic blocks that, the calendar filters by doctor, branch and status, and adding a doctor takes an afternoon and $89 a month.

Six doctors, six shapes
A doctor's week has a shape, and no two are the same. One opens the clinic at eight; one alone covers Sunday; one adds no hours at all and is there so two people can be seen at once. Lay the shapes on top of each other and that is the clinic — nobody had to agree on a house rule.
The calendar
Every doctor has their own column and their own diary. Four doctors can all have a 10:00 patient; a clash is only possible when one doctor is booked twice at once, and Qlynic blocks that before it happens. Filter by doctor, by branch and by appointment status, and the hours a doctor is not working are shaded so staff can see where a booking will not fit.
Adding one
A name, a branch, their hours, their prices. No contract, no migration; the bill goes up by $89 (or $69 on annual billing).
