Drawer 03, Front desk Card 1 of 8

One live calendar

The question: How does the front desk's calendar work?

Patients book online or by text at any hour, or by phone with your desk, all onto one live calendar. Every booking, move and cancellation reaches every open calendar within a second, with day, week, month and team views and a column for each doctor.

Status: Live Updated

Three doors, one calendar

  • Online — patients say why they're coming, then pick a time. It's held while they finish.
  • By text — at any hour, the assistant books, moves and cancels from the same calendar, for family too.
  • By phone — your desk holds a time for the caller, moves it if needed, and confirms it when they agree.

The calendar itself

  • Every booking, move and cancellation reaches every open calendar within a second.
  • Day, week, month and team views, with a column for each doctor.
  • Visits that repeat are booked as a series, each showing its place in it.
  • A cancelled visit gives its time back.
