Reminders and quiet hours
The question: How do appointment reminders work?
Reminders go out by text and email on your schedule, anywhere from 30 minutes to 30 days before a visit. Quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM by default) send nothing except the reminder an hour before a visit. A patient who texts STOP gets no more texts.

Nothing is sent during quiet hours, 10 PM to 8 AM unless you change them, except the reminder an hour before a visit.
Opting out
STOP ends texts; reminder emails have an unsubscribe link.
