The price, what a seat holds, the add-ons and changes.

  1. How much Qlynic costs How much does Qlynic cost? $89 CAD per doctor a month, or $69 a month billed yearly ($828 a year per doctor, 22% less). There is no setup fee and no base fee, GST/HST is added where required, and add-ons are optional. Many countries pay less: your clinic's country sets its price at checkout. Live
  2. What a seat includes What is included in each doctor's seat? Every seat has the whole clinic: the front desk, the clinical side, the patient portal and the business side, with the advisor and, in Alberta, claims. Each doctor's seat also brings logins for the team and a monthly allowance of texts, emails, scanned pages, video minutes and AI credits. The AI scribe is the one clinical add-on. Live
  3. The monthly allowances What monthly allowances come with each doctor? Each doctor brings, every month: 800 texts, 3,000 emails, 150 scanned pages, 400 video-visit minutes and 3M AI credits. They are pooled for the whole clinic, fill again on the 1st in your clinic's time zone, and what is left doesn't carry over. In countries that pay less, the allowances scale with the price. Live
  4. Prices by country Do some countries pay less? Yes. Many countries pay less: your clinic's registered country sets its price at checkout, and each seat's monthly allowances scale with it. Add-ons cost the same in every country. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Qlynic can't be bought in some countries. Live
  5. The add-ons What are the add-ons, and are any of them required? None is required. The AI Scribe is $99 a month for each provider, more branches are $20 a month for each branch over 3, and API access is $99 a month for the clinic.   6. Monthly or yearly How much do we save by paying yearly? Yearly billing is $69 a month per doctor, billed as $828 a year per doctor, 22% less than $89 a month. Add-ons have yearly prices too.   7. Cancelling and refunds Can we cancel, and is there a refund? Yes, any time, from your plan page in Qlynic. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, with no further plan charges; use past an allowance is still billed. Fees already paid aren't refunded or prorated. For 60 days after the subscription ends, you can ask for your clinic's data in common machine-readable formats. Policy
  8. Changing the plan later Can we change the plan later? Yes. Add or remove doctors and add-ons from your plan page at any time: changes apply at once, and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.   9. Currency and taxes What currency is Qlynic billed in, and are taxes included? Prices are in Canadian dollars and don't include tax. GST/HST is added where required and shown on the invoice. Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled. Policy
  10. Going past an allowance What if we go over an allowance? The clinic keeps working, and what it uses past an allowance is billed with the next month's invoice. Alerts at 80, 95 and 100% go to the people you choose, and a feature that runs far past its allowance (5x unless you change it) is switched off until the allowances fill again on the 1st. Live
  11. Working out your price How do I work out what my clinic would pay? On the pricing page, turn the dial to your number of doctors, choose monthly or yearly, and switch on any add-ons: the page adds it up as checkout would, before tax. I can also work out any combination for you. Live
  12. Staff logins, patients and branches Do staff logins, patients or branches cost extra? No. Each doctor's seat brings logins for the team: 2 for each doctor and 2 for the clinic. The owner's login is always free, patients are never counted, and every plan includes 3 branches. More branches are an add-on at $20 a month each. Live
