  1. Optional add-on The four optional add-ons What are the add-ons, and are any of them required? None is required. Pharmacy Ecosystem ($399/month flat, everything on it still marked Soon), Multi-branch ($20 per branch per month beyond your first three), API & Webhooks ($99/month flat, eight live endpoints) and AI Scribe ($99 per provider per month, 600 minutes included) — each priced on the pricing page, each the same price in every country.
  2. Live · worldwide Annual versus monthly billing How much do I save with annual billing? Annual billing is $69 per doctor per month — $828 per doctor per year — against $89 monthly, roughly 22% less or about two months free; add-ons have annual prices too, and you can switch cadence, which resets the billing anchor date.
  3. Policy Cancelling, refunds and pausing Can I cancel Qlynic, and do I get a refund? Cancel any time from inside the app — no phone call, no retention conversation; access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, you are not billed again, fees already paid are not prorated back, and your data is exportable for 60 days after the subscription ends.
  4. Policy Currency and taxes What currency is Qlynic billed in, and are taxes included? Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes; where Arxeon is registered to collect GST/HST or other transaction taxes they are added at the applicable rate and shown separately on the invoice, and Stripe processes the payment.
  5. Live The monthly credits What monthly credits or allowances are included with each doctor? Each doctor brings 3M AI units, 800 SMS, 3,000 emails, 150 OCR pages and 400 telehealth minutes a month, pooled across the clinic, refreshed on the first of the month with no rollover; the AI Scribe add-on adds 600 minutes per enrolled provider.
  6. Live Going over the allowance What happens if I go over the included monthly credits? Past an allowance the extra is metered at the posted rate and invoiced monthly in arrears — no tier jump, nothing switched off mid-month — and Qlynic caps spend automatically: a feature is suspended once its overage reaches a protective multiple of the allowance, so a misfiring automation stops before it becomes a bill.

The pricing page's instrument builds your exact invoice as you set doctors, cadence and add-ons; the homepage's operating-cost audit is an illustrative model with its coefficients printed beside every line — example assumptions, not a quote or a savings guarantee.

One plan, priced per active doctor — $89 per doctor per month, or $69 per doctor per month billed annually — with no base fee, no setup fee, no contract and no per-claim charge, quoted in Canadian dollars with applicable taxes handled at checkout.
  9. Live When the price is still too high My clinic cannot afford the regional price — is there any help? Write to support@qlynic.com with the subject "pricing help for our clinic" and describe the situation honestly — a person reads it, no business case is required, and Qlynic can issue a voucher against the clinic that goes deeper than its regional band; one per clinic, and it replaces the band rather than adding to it.
  10. Live · worldwide Regional pricing by country Does Qlynic cost less in lower-income countries? Yes. Four bands from the World Bank income classification — high income at list, upper-middle 25% off, lower-middle 45% off, low income 60% off — applied automatically at checkout from the clinic's registered country, with included credits scaled by the same fraction and add-ons priced the same everywhere.
  11. Live Doctors, staff, patients and branches Do I pay extra for staff logins, patients or locations? No — staff logins scale with your doctors (two plus two per doctor), patient records are unlimited, and your first three branches are included; only the doctor seats move the price, and only a fourth location onward costs $20 per branch per month.
  12. Live What the plan includes What is included in Qlynic Standard? Qlynic Standard puts six modules on one core — Clinic Manager (scheduling, EMR, invoicing), AHCIP H-Link billing, AI Advisor, two-way SMS, telehealth and the patient portal — with no tiers and no feature gates; only four optional add-ons sit outside it.
