Booking a walkthrough

Book a walkthrough from the Support page: pick the product areas you want shown (each with its minutes), your clinic size and a preferred window, and the agenda you build is what is sent, logged with a reference, and emailed back to you.

How it works

On the Support page choose Book a Walkthrough. You give the clinic name and city, how many providers (just me, 2–5, 6–10, 11–25, 25+), tick the areas you want to see, pick a preferred window (weekday mornings, afternoons, or either), and add your email. The running order you build is the request itself — it is logged with a reference code, a confirmation is emailed, and the same agenda is what the call follows.

The areas you can pick

Scheduling & booking, charting & encounters, AI Scribe, the advisor, payments & invoicing, AHCIP claims (Alberta), patient portal & intake, reporting, multi-branch, and moving from another EMR. The minutes beside each are a running order for the call, not a measure of how long anything takes to set up.

Who you talk to

Qlynic is built in Calgary by the people who wrote it; a walkthrough is with them, not a sales layer. You do not need a walkthrough booked to ask a question — the Support page's ticket form and support@qlynic.com work for that too.

What to bring

De-identified counts (doctors, visits, claims), your fee mix, the workflow questions that annoy you most, and sample export formats from your current system. The second half of a walkthrough can run on your own numbers; patient information is loaded only after the privacy, security and migration process is agreed in writing.

Ask me to do it

I can put a walkthrough request together with you here: I'll confirm the details on a card before anything is sent.
