Nothing to install
No app — booking, intake forms, the patient portal and video visits run in the browser from a link; the first time a patient books they confirm their phone by text and that becomes their account, and after that it is one tap. A modern browser, a verified phone and the visit consent are still needed.

For patients
For booking, intake forms, the portal and video visits there is nothing to install. A patient taps the clinic's own booking link — from a website, a text or a QR code on the door — signs in through the patient portal, and books. The first time, they confirm their phone by text; that verified phone is how the health card, the intake form and the visit attach to the right person instead of to a typo. Video visits open from a link in the email or SMS with one tap, one consent, and no app. What is still required: a current browser with camera and microphone access for video, a verified phone number, and the consents a visit asks for.
For staff
Qlynic runs in the browser on a desktop, a laptop, a tablet or a phone; there is no desktop software and no offline mode, so staff need an internet connection to use the clinical application. Reminders and confirmations run from the server, not the front desk.
