Creating a clinic account
Sign-up is four steps on the Register page — account, clinic details, a 6-digit email verification code, welcome — with no card required; the clinic then goes live by completing setup and a subscription.

The four steps
- Account — clinic name, a permanent clinic or business email (temporary inboxes are declined), and a password of at least 10 characters with lower case, upper case, a number and a symbol.
- Clinic details — admin name, phone (optional), country, province, address, city and website. The country and address set your time zone and, at checkout, your regional pricing band.
- Verify email — a 6-digit code is sent to the clinic email; enter it to confirm the address.
- Welcome — the account exists. One last step remains: setup and subscription to activate the clinic.
You agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy during step two. No card is needed to create the account.
AHCIP needs an Alberta clinic
You can create an account from anywhere and use everything except AHCIP direct billing. AHCIP direct billing requires a verified Alberta clinic, and you can request verification during setup or later from Settings.
If sign-ups are paused
Occasionally new clinic sign-ups are paused for a few days while onboarding is being finished. The Register page says so when that is the case; the rest of the site keeps working.
