What Qlynic is
The question: What is Qlynic, in one minute?
Qlynic is clinic software that runs the whole clinic on one patient record: the front desk (booking and reminders), the clinical team (charts, prescriptions, orders), the patients (a portal and messages) and the business (payments, payroll, reports and, in Alberta, claims). It is priced per doctor and made by Arxeon Inc. in Calgary.
Four parts, one record
Qlynic puts the clinic's four parts in one live system, working on the same patient record:
- Front desk — online, text and phone booking in one live calendar; reminders by text and email; an assistant that answers patients and hands them to your team.
- Clinical — visit notes, prescribing with allergy checks, requisitions and referrals, care plan letters, and video visits from a link.
- Patients — a portal with their visits, prescriptions, refills and family, and forms and requisitions by text.
- Business — payment links by text, payouts, payroll, expenses and reports, the advisor on your clinic's own data, and claims in Alberta.
A booking, a chart line or a payment is written once, on one record.
In the chart, AI only drafts and suggests
Nothing goes into the chart until a clinician accepts it.
Price
One plan, priced per doctor: $89 CAD per doctor a month, or $69 a month billed yearly. The AI scribe is an add-on.
