Qlynic is an EMR that runs the whole clinic from one patient record. The record is created once — at the booking — and carried through intake, the chart, the prescription, the requisition and the AHCIP claim, so the same fact is never typed twice. Every part of the clinic writes to the same record; booking, reminders, billing and the patient portal are views of it, not copies.
What is on the clinical side
Charting with attributed, signed notes; prescribing coded against a drug vocabulary and cross-checked against the patient's recorded allergies; lab, imaging and referral requisitions raised in the visit; and, for Alberta clinics, AHCIP claims submitted straight to Alberta Health over H-Link because Arxeon is an accredited submitter.
What is on the operational side
Online booking, appointment reminders by SMS and email, two-way SMS with an AI booking assistant, patient reviews, payments on the clinic's own Stripe account, telehealth video visits in the browser, intake forms, doctor payouts and payroll runs, analytics, an audit log, and an AI Advisor that answers questions about the clinic's own records.
