Setup and going live

Setup is three steps — practice profile, optional AHCIP verification, and seats & payment through Stripe checkout — and accepting the Subscriber Agreement activates the clinic.

Step 1 · Practice profile

What kind of practice, its size, how many doctors, and how you heard about Qlynic. All of it can be changed later.

Step 2 · AHCIP & billing (optional)

Alberta clinics can enable AHCIP direct billing here: clinic or facility name, AHCIP billing provider number, facility number (optional), a confirmation that the clinic operates in Alberta, and acceptance of the AHCIP third-party billing terms. Arxeon verifies the clinic before billing goes live and confirms within one business day; H-Link billing unlocks on approval. Skipping this step is fine — it can be switched on any time from Settings once the clinic is live.

Step 3 · Seats & payment

Choose monthly or annual billing and the number of active doctors. The included monthly credits are pooled across the doctors you choose. Optional add-ons can be added here or later. You accept the Qlynic Subscriber Agreement, including its Information Manager Agreement, and continue to a secure Stripe checkout. Progress is saved as you go, and you can cancel any time.

Then the clinic is live

Once the subscription is in place the clinic is active: invite staff, add doctors and their shifts, load a patient list from a spreadsheet export, and take the first booking.
