Setting up and going live
The question: What happens in setup after I sign up?
Setup has three steps: how you practise (the kind of practice, its size and how many doctors), an optional step for Alberta clinics to turn on claims, and your seats (1 to 30 doctors, monthly or yearly, any add-ons) with a secure payment. Then the clinic is live. Everything can be changed later.
1 · How you practise
The kind of practice, its size and how many doctors. It can all be changed later.
2 · Claims in Alberta (optional)
An Alberta clinic can turn on claims here, or any time later from Settings. See Turning on claims in Alberta.
3 · Seats and payment
Choose the doctors (1 to 30), monthly or yearly billing, and any add-ons, then pay securely. You accept the subscriber agreement here. Once the subscription is in place, the clinic is live.
After that
Change doctors, add-ons or billing from your plan page in Qlynic at any time. We bring your patient list in for you.
