You’ll be the right hand to the founder — the person who keeps everything moving
so the team can focus on shipping. Vendor calls, scheduling, government grant paperwork,
customer onboarding admin, the occasional fire to put out. The kind of person who makes
everyone around them more effective.

What you’ll do
- Manage vendor relationships: hosting, telecom, software subscriptions, accountant, lawyer
- Coordinate Alberta Innovates and other government grant submissions and reporting
- Onboard new clinics: schedule kick-off calls, send contracts, prep training materials
- Triage the founder’s inbox and calendar — protect deep-work blocks ruthlessly
- Light bookkeeping: collect receipts, categorize expenses, hand off to the accountant
- Make us look more put-together than we sometimes are

What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of operations, EA, or admin experience — ideally in a small startup
- Obsessively organized. You don’t lose threads, dates, or follow-ups.
- Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and writing professional emails
- Proactive. You see what needs doing before being told.
- Bilingual English/French is a plus, not a must
- You take pride in the boring work that keeps a company running
