Pharmacy Ecosystem — $399/month, flat per clinic ($319 billed annually)
Reserved for the pharmacy ecosystem. Prescription authoring already ships in the core; everything on this module waits on a pharmacy connection — e-prescription routing, refill request workflows, drug-interaction alerts and pharmacy-side record sync are all marked Soon, and PrescribeIT is Soon in the product navigation.
Multi-branch — $20 per branch per month ($15 billed annually)
Your first three branches ship on the board; this is for the fourth location onward. Live today: unified scheduling across sites, per-branch hours and HQ, and the branch on every invoice line. Cross-branch reports and per-branch revenue splits are Soon.
API & Webhooks — $99/month, flat per clinic ($79 billed annually)
Owner-gated REST keys, appointment and doctor endpoints, and key lifecycle in the audit log are live. The OpenAPI spec, outbound webhooks and bulk CSV/JSON export are Soon.
AI Scribe — $99 per provider per month ($79.17 billed annually)
Ambient transcription with consent attested per visit, smart listening that streams and bills only voiced audio, one unified SOAP draft per visit for the provider to review and sign, 600 minutes per provider included and $0.10 per minute over. Qlynic never receives or stores the audio.
Two rules
They are the only four extras that exist, and each shows what runs today and what is still coming. The regional bands discount the doctor seat, not the add-ons, because add-ons cost the same to run everywhere.
