The add-ons
The question: What are the add-ons, and are any of them required?
None is required. The AI Scribe is $99 a month for each provider, more branches are $20 a month for each branch over 3, and API access is $99 a month for the clinic. The Pharmacy Ecosystem is shown on the pricing page as Soon and can't be added at checkout. Add-ons cost the same in every country.
AI Scribe — $99 a month for each provider ($79.17 billed yearly)
Listens to the visit and drafts the note for the provider to review. 600 minutes a month for each provider, in one pool. Consent is recorded every time it listens; a patient who opted out is never recorded. With smart listening, only the time someone speaks counts. The audio never reaches Qlynic's servers. Minutes past the pool are billed the next month.
More branches — $20 a month for each branch over 3 ($15 billed yearly)
Every plan has 3 branches. Each branch keeps its own hours, can have its own number for booking by text, and has the doctors who work there.
API access — $99 a month for the clinic ($79 billed yearly)
Connects your own systems to your clinic's appointments. See API access.
Pharmacy Ecosystem — $399 a month for the clinic
