Yearly billing is $69 a month per doctor, billed as $828 a year per doctor, 22% less than $89 a month. Add-ons have yearly prices too. Switching between monthly and yearly starts a new billing date and can bill or credit the difference right away.
The two ways to pay

Add-ons billed yearly: AI Scribe $79.17 a month per provider, more branches $15 a month each, API access $79 a month.
The allowances
They fill again on the 1st of every month either way.
