Staff logins, patients and branches
The question: Do staff logins, patients or branches cost extra?
No. Each doctor's seat brings logins for the team: 2 for each doctor and 2 for the clinic. The owner's login is always free, patients are never counted, and every plan includes 3 branches. More branches are an add-on at $20 a month each.
Staff
Each doctor signs in with their own login, part of the seat. Staff logins for the front desk, billing and admins: 2 for each doctor and 2 for the clinic, so a two-doctor clinic has 6.
The owner
The owner's login is always free.
Patients
Patients are not counted: the price is per doctor.
Branches
Every plan has 3 branches. Each one over 3 is $20 a month ($15 billed yearly).
