No — staff logins scale with your doctors (two plus two per doctor), patient records are unlimited, and your first three branches are included; only the doctor seats move the price, and only a fourth location onward costs $20 per branch per month.

Doctors
The price is $89 per active doctor per month ($69 annual). One provider seat per active practising provider using the platform. Adding a doctor is a name, a branch, their hours and their prices — the bill goes up by $89 and nothing else changes. A doctor who stops working stops being counted; seat changes mid-period are prorated on the next invoice. The platform may prevent reducing seats below demonstrable active use.
Staff
Reception and admin logins are included: two, plus two per doctor. A one-doctor clinic has four staff logins, a three-doctor clinic eight. Staff logins are not the same as payroll records — a staff record and a login are deliberately separate.
Patients
Unlimited. There is no per-patient charge and no patient cap.
Branches
Your first three locations are included, with unified scheduling across sites and per-branch hours. A fourth location onward is the Multi-branch add-on at $20 per branch per month.
