What there is not
No base fee, no platform fee, no setup or onboarding fee, no minimum term or contract, no per-claim charge for AHCIP billing, no percentage of your assessments, and no per-seat feature gates. Staff logins, patient records and your first three branches are included.
The whole calculation
Eighty-nine dollars times the number of doctors actually working. A doctor who stops working stops being counted. Four optional extras exist — the pharmacy ecosystem, multi-branch beyond three locations, the REST API, and the AI Scribe — and each is a separate line you can add or drop without touching the plan underneath.
Regional pricing
Clinics outside high-income countries pay less: 25%, 45% or 60% off the doctor seat depending on the World Bank income band of the clinic's registered country, applied automatically at checkout. Add-ons cost the same everywhere.
