The pricing instrument and the cost audit

The pricing page's instrument builds your exact invoice as you set doctors, cadence and add-ons; the homepage's operating-cost audit is an illustrative model with its coefficients printed beside every line — example assumptions, not a quote or a savings guarantee.

The instrument on the pricing page

Set the number of active doctors, choose monthly or annual, add any of the four extras, and the estimate assembles itself: doctor seats, add-on lines, the regional discount if one applies, and the total per month in Canadian dollars. The five monthly meters underneath scale with the doctor count. It is the same arithmetic checkout uses; taxes are added at checkout.

Quick arithmetic

Standard plan, no add-ons, in a list-price country: one doctor $89, two doctors $178, three doctors $267 a month — or $69, $138 and $207 a month on annual billing. Ask me for any number of doctors, cadence or add-on mix and I will work it out.

The audit on the homepage

The "bill you're already paying" section models the separate systems a clinic runs today — time nobody bills for, money that leaves — from coefficients printed beside each line, recalculated live as you drag the doctor count. They are example assumptions for you to check, not Alberta benchmarks, customer results, a quote or a promise of savings. Only the Qlynic price on it is a real price.
