Yes. Four bands from the World Bank income classification — high income at list, upper-middle 25% off, lower-middle 45% off, low income 60% off — applied automatically at checkout from the clinic's registered country, with included credits scaled by the same fraction and add-ons priced the same everywhere.

How it is applied
The band comes from the clinic's registered country at checkout — no code to hunt for, no call to book, no negotiation — and it stays for as long as the clinic is subscribed. What the pricing page shows for your location is display only; checkout resolves the country again from the clinic's registration.
Three rules
- The credits move too. Pay 55% of list and you receive 55% of the standard SMS, email, AI, OCR and telehealth allowance.
- Add-ons are flat. AI Scribe, the pharmacy ecosystem, extra branches and the API cost the same in every country.
- A discount is never the default. A country we have not mapped pays list, not the nearest band. Six countries cannot be served at all because the payment rails do not reach them; the pricing page says so if you are in one of them.
