Cancelling, refunds and pausing

Cancel any time from inside the app — no phone call, no retention conversation; access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, you are not billed again, fees already paid are not prorated back, and your data is exportable for 60 days after the subscription ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in-app or by written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access until then and are not charged again. There is no contract, no minimum term and no exit fee.

Refunds

Except where the law requires or the Terms expressly say otherwise, fees are non-refundable and periods are not prorated. Overage fees already earned remain payable. If Arxeon ever discontinued the service generally it would give 60 days' notice and refund prepaid, unused fees pro rata.

Pausing

Where a pause option is offered in-app, pausing suspends invoicing at the end of the current paid period while the subscription record stays in place. No new credits accrue while paused and usage-based features may be limited; resuming restores normal billing from the next cycle.

Price changes

Fees can change with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect at your next renewal. If you do not accept a change, cancel before the renewal.

Your data on the way out

For 60 days after a subscription ends, Customer Data is available for export in commonly used, machine-readable formats on request. After that window it is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy. Your own records-retention duties as custodian remain yours — export before the window closes.
