The monthly credits
Each doctor brings 3M AI units, 800 SMS, 3,000 emails, 150 OCR pages and 400 telehealth minutes a month, pooled across the clinic, refreshed on the first of the month with no rollover; the AI Scribe add-on adds 600 minutes per enrolled provider.

The credits are pooled: a two-doctor clinic has 1,600 SMS to share, not 800 each.
How they behave
- They refresh on the first day of each calendar month in the clinic's local time zone, on both monthly and annual billing.
- Unused amounts expire at the refresh. They do not roll over and have no cash value.
- Going past a meter does not switch anything off mid-month and does not jump you to another tier; the extra is metered and billed afterwards at the posted rate.
- Under regional pricing the credits scale with the same fraction as the price: pay 55% of list and you receive 55% of the standard allowance.
SMS in other countries
One credit unit is one Canadian SMS. Messages to other countries cost more units per text, so the same allowance buys fewer messages there; the pricing page shows the figure for your location.
