Currency and taxes
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes; where Arxeon is registered to collect GST/HST or other transaction taxes they are added at the applicable rate and shown separately on the invoice, and Stripe processes the payment.

Currency
Every price on the site is in Canadian dollars — $89 per doctor per month, $69 annually, and the add-ons. Payments are processed by Stripe. What your card statement shows depends on your card issuer and on checkout; confirm the charge currency on the checkout page before you pay.
Taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where Arxeon is registered to collect GST/HST or other transaction taxes, they are added to invoices at the applicable rate and shown separately. You are responsible for providing an accurate billing address and, where applicable, tax registration numbers, and for any taxes you are required to self-assess.
Invoices
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and Stripe issues the invoices. Mid-period changes — seats, add-ons, scribe providers — take effect immediately and are prorated on the next invoice; switching between monthly and annual resets the billing anchor date.
