What the plan includes
Qlynic Standard puts six modules on one core — Clinic Manager (scheduling, EMR, invoicing), AHCIP H-Link billing, AI Advisor, two-way SMS, telehealth and the patient portal — with no tiers and no feature gates; only four optional add-ons sit outside it.

On the board
- Clinic Manager — scheduling, the EMR and invoicing: the central clinic workspace.
- AHCIP H-Link — native Alberta billing: claims out, assessments back, reconciled on the record (Alberta clinics).
- AI Advisor — asks twenty-one read-only questions of your own records; every answer is logged.
- Two-way SMS — reminders and AI-handled patient conversations, two-way delivery.
- Telehealth — video visits with an in-call timer, on the patient's phone and your desktop, nothing to install.
- Patient portal — patients book, fill forms, and read their own notes and records, the same words you wrote.
Also in the core: charting, coded prescribing with allergy cross-checks, lab and imaging requisitions, intake forms, reminders, reviews, payments on your own Stripe account, doctor payouts and payroll runs, analytics and the audit log.
Included with every doctor
Staff logins scale with your doctors (two, plus two per doctor), patient records are unlimited, and your first three branches are included. Each doctor also brings monthly credits — AI units, SMS, emails, OCR pages and telehealth minutes — that refresh on the first of the month.
Outside the plan
Four optional extras, each priced on the pricing page: Pharmacy Ecosystem, Multi-branch beyond three locations, API & Webhooks, and the AI Scribe. None is required and the core never depends on them. Anything marked Soon in the product menu is not built yet.
