CII/CPAR and Netcare conformance
Not yet. Arxeon filed vendor intake with Alberta Health on 13 August 2026 and was confirmed in the conformance queue for CII/CPAR, eDelivery and the Alberta Netcare Portal on 19 August 2026 — a place in the queue is not a date and, in Alberta Health's own words, does not guarantee integration.

The status, exactly
- Filed: 13 August 2026 — vendor intake with Alberta Health.
- Queued: 19 August 2026 — confirmed in writing by the PPHS EHR vendor support desk; nothing further is required from Arxeon at this time.
- Scope: CII/CPAR, eDelivery and the Alberta Netcare Portal.
- Not finished. Alberta Health was explicit that a place in the queue does not guarantee that the software will be integrated with any of their applications. There is no date, and none will be given until conformance is granted. The company record on the About page gets a date on that day.
What it means for you
- On PCPCM? The Physician Comprehensive Care Model requires a physician to be live on CII/CPAR before applying, and panel payments are derived from CPAR submissions. Moving to an EMR that cannot make those submissions puts that income at risk, so the honest advice is to wait for the date. Ask to be told the day it is granted.
- Not on PCPCM? Specialist, walk-in, private and allied clinics that are not drawing panel payments and not relying on Netcare eDelivery are not held up by the queue. AHCIP claims over H-Link are a separate, live capability.
