The free clinic website and minor enhancements
Yes, for subscribing clinics — Schedule D of the Subscriber Agreement scopes a standard informational site (home, services, practitioners, contact and hours) connected to your Qlynic online booking, built at no charge with hosting included while you subscribe; the clinic owns the content, branding, domain and site files and can request handover within 90 days of leaving; and small changes to Qlynic are built at no charge where the work is minor, safe and general.

The website (D1)
Where the clinic subscribes, Arxeon designs and builds a public website at no additional charge and connects it to the clinic's Qlynic online booking. It covers a standard informational site — typically home, services, practitioners, contact and hours, with booking integration — and not e-commerce, patient portals other than Qlynic's own, custom application development, regulated-advertising copy, translation, photography or ongoing marketing. The clinic supplies its content, logo and practitioner information and is responsible for their accuracy and college compliance. A reasonable number of revision rounds are included in the initial build; redesign after handover may be quoted separately. Domain registration and third-party costs the clinic chooses are the clinic's own; hosting of the site is included while the subscription is active.
Ownership, and if you leave (D3)
The website is yours. The clinic owns the content, branding, domain name and the site files as delivered. On termination for any reason, on written request within 90 days, Arxeon provides the site files and reasonable cooperation to transfer the site and domain. Features that depend on the platform — online booking, intake forms, patient messaging — stop when the subscription ends. Arxeon keeps ownership of the platform and of any reusable template, component or code used to build the site.
Minor enhancements (D2)
An additional field, a column, different wording, a report laid out differently — built at no charge where, in Arxeon's reasonable judgement, the work is minor, technically safe and does not conflict with other clinics' use. Larger requests become roadmap items, and Arxeon says which of the two a request is. Nothing is a commitment to deliver a feature or a date, enhancements are built for the platform generally, and no clinic acquires ownership or exclusivity.
The nature of the offer (D4)
Both are tied to an active paid subscription, made at Arxeon's discretion, are not a credit, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn for new clinics at any time — though once a site has been built, D3 continues to apply.
