What is not built yet

Anything marked Soon in the product menu is not built yet and says so on the board — lab results onto the chart, private insurance direct billing, waitlist & fill, recalls, webhooks, PrescribeIT pharmacy connection, imaging & PACS, inbound fax, AI voice reception, OHIP, MSP, a system status page, the blog and the changelog — plus two-factor sign-in, and no dates are published for any of them.

Marked Soon in the product

  • Clinical: lab results straight onto the chart.
  • Patients & billing: private insurance direct-billing the big carriers.
  • Scheduling: waitlist & fill (a cancellation offers itself on), recalls (who is overdue, and for what).
  • Platform: webhooks, pharmacy — PrescribeIT, imaging & PACS, fax & documents (inbound fax onto the chart), AI voice reception (it answers, and it books), a live system status page.
  • Provinces: Ontario — OHIP (next province up), British Columbia — MSP (after Ontario).
  • Company: blog, changelog.
  • Inside the add-ons: everything on the Pharmacy Ecosystem module; cross-branch reports and per-branch revenue splits; the OpenAPI spec, outbound webhooks and bulk export in the API.

Also not available

Two-factor sign-in (the security page calls it the largest single gap), SOC 2 or any other certification (in preparation, not held), electronic prescription transmission to pharmacies, fax-out, wait-time metrics, benchmarking against other clinics, and CII/CPAR/Netcare conformance (in Alberta Health's queue).

Why there are no dates

The About page keeps the roadmap out of the company record on purpose: a date we might miss is worth less than a list you can trust. If one of these is the thing standing between you and Qlynic, say so — that is how the order gets decided.
