Your first day on Qlynic

Most clinics run their first real morning within days of saying yes — the homepage's day-one console is an illustration of loading a patient list, inviting staff, arming reminders and taking the first booking; the walkthrough doubles as the setup conversation, and the actual steps, timing, supported formats and any fees are confirmed in writing for your clinic.

Not a migration project — a morning

The only thing asked of you beforehand is a spreadsheet export of your patient list. The homepage shows an illustrative day one: load the patient list, invite staff, arm the reminders, take the first booking, chart the first encounter, and — for an Alberta clinic — transmit the first claim. The times on that console are a demonstration, not a measurement of your clinic.

What comes with you

A spreadsheet export from your current system is enough to load your patient list; bringing it over is part of onboarding rather than something your staff retype. Demographics, appointment history, allergies, medications and problem lists can come across from an export, and you approve the imported data before it is live. A patient-list import is not the same as a full clinical-record migration: encounter notes, documents and unsupported fields need an explicit plan, agreed in writing, before anything moves.

The walkthrough is the setup conversation

We look at what you have and map the path together before anything moves — bring de-identified counts, your fee mix, workflow questions and sample export formats; patient information is loaded only once the privacy, security and migration process is agreed in writing. Your existing system stays readable while you switch; nothing is deleted on our say-so. Onboarding can include a source inventory, data mapping, sample verification, staff training, a rollback checkpoint, a monitored go-live and post-cutover reconciliation; which of those apply, and when, is confirmed in writing for your clinic.

No setup fee, no contract

Qlynic is $89 per doctor per month ($69 annual) with no base fee, no setup fee and no contract, so leaving is as easy as arriving — and your data leaves with you.
