When the price is still too high

Write to support@qlynic.com with the subject "pricing help for our clinic" and describe the situation honestly — a person reads it, no business case is required, and Qlynic can issue a voucher against the clinic that goes deeper than its regional band; one per clinic, and it replaces the band rather than adding to it.

2705

A band is a guess about a country. A clinic is not a country.

Some of what counts: a public clinic funded per head, a practice in a town the national average never described, a clinic rebuilding after a flood, a fire or a war, a teaching practice that trains more than it bills, a single doctor carrying a caseload the fees do not cover.

How to ask

Email support@qlynic.com with the subject line pricing help for our clinic. An honest description of the situation is the whole application — a person reads it, not a form, and we do not ask for a business case.

How a voucher works, plainly

  • A voucher is a percentage issued against your clinic, not a code we publish.
  • Checkout accepts one discount per subscription, so a voucher replaces your regional band instead of adding to it — which is why we only issue one deeper than your band.
  • If your band already beats it, the voucher goes unused and stays yours.
  • One per clinic.
  • Vouchers have no cash value and are subject to their stated conditions.

We can say that we are able to issue one, not that we will in every case, and we never promise a particular percentage in advance.
